It is about this girl and her brother who live with their mom, but in the summer they have to go live with their dad; however the daughter does not want to go. Things start to fall apart when they arrive at their dad's house. Lies, run away teens, bribery and more intense actions keep readers turning pages to discover the outcome. Nicholas Sparks writes The Last Song which is about a girl (Ronnie) with a troubled past who goes to live with her distant father for the summer with her little brother that she is alwasy annoyed by. She later falls into some trouble and then finally...in love with a local boy (Will) and then changes her troubling ways. This book is one that you can't put down. From the very beginning you are sucked into Ronnie's story and her struggles throughout the book. I have read a lot of Nicholas Sparks' books but The Last Song is my favorite because Ronnie is such a relatable character and you think of yourself in her shoes. The story is just absolutely amazing.
